1. Finalize custom box designs (e.g., cartoon patterns, brand logos, product info) tailored to packaging needs (oil, sugar, candy, gift, 3C).
2. Load packaging cardboard rolls onto the Nebula-62F direct-to-cardboard printer for roll-to-roll printing.
3. Print the finalized designs onto the cardboard rolls using fast-drying, vivid high-molecular emulsion pigment ink.
4. Cut the printed cardboard roll into basic box-panel pieces.
5. Transfer the cut pieces to a double-blade platform engraving machine for precise shaping and crease treatment.
6. Remove empty/unneeded areas of the cardboard via the engraving machine, using the pre-added creases as guides.
7. Fold the cardboard along the crease lines to assemble into finished custom color packaging boxes.
